Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: At least 12 hours notice is to be provided to cancel or reschedule a session. Less time than this may incur a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the session. No-shows are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled. As this is energy work and is dependent on Claire's own wellbeing, Claire reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at short notice if necessary. In the unlikely event that it does happen, all efforts will be made to reschedule your appointment, at a mutually convenient time, as soon as possible.
