Custom 1.5hr Session

This session is tailored to you to help you realign your energy and come home to yourself.

​

This session is a blend between talk therapy, emotional healing and energetic healing. I will meet you where you are at, hold space and chat with you about what has been going on for you emotionally. 

 

I will guide you as you release residual negative emotion and stagnant energy that is still being held within your body. 

 

I will hold a transformative gentle space for you to bloom, a space that will help you feel lighter, clearer, aligned and more balanced, as you feel seen, heard and nurtured.

Possibilities of what we can do within your session:

​

If you are feeling stagnant or drained, I will help you rebalance your energy levels by releasing stagnant energy and emotional blockages that are trapped within your chakras (spiritual energy centres within your body). Releasing these blocks will help you feel lighter, energetically clearer, energised, inspired and balanced.

​

If you would like to do some deep inner child healing. I will guide you as you go back to, hold the hand of and heal your inner child. Guiding you as you tune in and help them feel, process and release the emotional load they have been carrying for too long.

​

If you would like to release limiting beliefs you know are holding you back. I will guide you to the root of these beliefs, supporting you as you feel, process and release the emotional energy holding them in place. Releasing them will give you the opportunity to expand the possibilities of life without holding yourself back.

If you are feeling negatively impacted by someone else's energy. I will help you process and release the residual emotions between yourself and them. Cutting the cords and helping you come home to yourself.

 

If you would like to do some past life healing. I will guide you to the lifetime that is still impacting you negatively today, so that you can feel, process and release the emotional energy. Doing so will help you release the anchor of the past, so you can be who you came here to be in this lifetime.

I also work with the Akashic Records. At the start of the session, with your permission, I call in your guides, angels, ancestors, higher self and will open your Akashic Record. Doing so opens up a container of quantum healing light energy and will give you extra energetic support and healing within the session.

This work is powerful, transformative and magical.

Please keep in mind;

During the session, after speaking to you about how you are feeling, what is going on in your life and issues you are currently facing, I will be intuitively guided to a process that will help unlock what you are ready to heal on the day.

​

 There is only so much we can do in one session - although I have listed the possibilities above, we may only have time to do one process.

​

One session may be all you need OR depending on what we are working on, I may suggest booking in for a follow up 1.5hr session.

Price is $188 AUD for a 1.5hour Zoom session
