This session is tailored to you, to help you release what has been holding you back, realign your energy and come home to yourself.

Combining the best of talk therapy, emotional healing, energetic healing and Human Design, I will meet you where you are at and provide a gentle, supportive space to explore and release what has been weighing you down emotionally.

 

This session is a place for you to feel seen, heard, understood and nurtured, as I support you in releasing emotional stress, unprocessed emotions and stagnant energy being held within your body.

I will hold a transformative gentle space for you to bloom, a space that will help you feel lighter, clearer, aligned and balanced.

Possibilities of how I can help you within this Session:​​

Looking at your Human Design Chart: Your Human Design chart is imprinted the moment you are born, it is an energetic map and user guide of what your soul signed up to learn, as well as, the gifts you are here to bring into the world within this lifetime. Utilising your Human Design chart within this session will help me understand how your energy flows and certain themes you may be encountering.

Working with the Akashic Records: At the start of the session, with your permission, we will call in your guides, angels, ancestors and higher self, while opening your Akashic Record. This process opens a container of quantum healing light energy, providing you with energetic support and healing.

Rebalance Your Energy: If you're feeling stagnant or drained, I will help you release stagnant energy and emotional blockages trapped within your chakras (spiritual energy centres within your body). Experience the lightness, clarity, balance and inspiration that come with energetic renewal.

Inner Child Healing: Journey back to your inner child and heal old wounds. I will guide you as you hold the hand of your inner child, helping them feel, process, and release the emotional load they've been carrying for too long. Embrace a lighter, more joyful self.

Release Limiting Beliefs: Identify and release the limiting beliefs that are holding you back. I will support you as you delve into the root of these beliefs, processing and releasing the emotional energy holding them in place. Expand your life's possibilities and embrace your true potential.

Energetically Release the Impact of Another Person’s Energy: If you're feeling negatively impacted by someone else's energy, I will help you process and release residual emotions between yourself and them. Cut the cords and come home to yourself, free from external influences.

Past Life Healing: Discover and heal past life influences that are negatively affecting you today. I will guide you to the lifetime that still impacts you, helping you feel, process, and release the emotional energy. Release the anchor of the past and step into your true self in this lifetime.​​

Please keep in mind;

During the session, after speaking to you about how you are feeling, what is going on in your life and issues you are currently facing, I will be intuitively guided to a process that will help unlock what you are ready to heal on the day.

​

 There is only so much we can do in one session - although I have listed the possibilities above, we may only have time to do one process.

​

One session may be all you need OR depending on what we are working on, I may suggest booking in for a follow up 1.5hr session.
