Every session is unique and guided by what your energy is ready to receive. During the session, I will be intuitively guided to an area of greatest need, which will support you in unlocking your next evolution.
There is only so much we can do in one session - although I have listed the possibilities above, we may only have time to go into one area.
One session may be all you need OR if something deeper arises, I may suggest booking in for a follow up 90min session.
