By requesting a session with Claire Veronica you will be agreeing to these terms and conditions and accept that you have read this disclaimer.

 

As a client, I understand that Claire Veronica will facilitate and provide support along the way but that, ultimately, I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my physical, mental and emotional well-being, including my choices and decisions and I will seek additional appropriate support if necessary.

 

I understand that Claire Veronica does not claim to heal or treat my physical, mental, or psychological conditions. She simply offers education, modalities, and spiritual guidance to allow people the opportunity to experience and access their optimal selves.

I understand that Claire Veronica’s services are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment. I understand that coaching does not treat mental disorders as defined by the Australian Psychological Society. I understand that coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment, and I will not use it in place of any form of therapy.

I understand that coaching is comprehensive and may involve exploration into all areas of my life, including work, health, spiritual, relationships, education, and recreation. I acknowledge that deciding how to handle these issues and implement my choices is exclusively my responsibility.

I take full responsibility for the level of effectiveness of this program. I acknowledge that clearing emotions may not by itself produce ANY noticeable changes in my behaviour and life circumstances unless I take appropriate action to integrate and support those shifts. Claire Veronica will support me with suggestions for aiding the integration process, however, whether I pursue these actions or not is entirely my own decision and responsibility.

If I have significant trauma history or any mental health conditions, I agree to immediately disclose this to Claire Veronica prior to commencing, in order to ensure I am ready for the process and have adequate psychological care for my needs.

 

I promise that if I am currently in therapy or otherwise under the care of a mental health professional, that I have consulted with this person regarding the advisability of working with Claire Veronica and that this person is aware of my decision to proceed with the sessions.

 

I understand that coaching is not to be used in lieu of professional advice. I will seek professional guidance for legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual, or other matters. I understand that all decisions in these areas are exclusively mine, and I acknowledge that my decision and my actions regarding them are my responsibility.

I agree to be honest with Claire Veronica if at any time I become resentful, angry or upset with her personally. I understand that due to the nature of this work there are occasionally times where emotional transference can occur, and my own triggers can be projected onto my practitioner. I understand that this can be worked through with grace and compassion when I am honest at all times about how I feel.

I understand that the sessions take place in a non-judgemental safe space and that the content of our conversations and clearing work will be kept completely confidential, except as required by law.

​

I know that if I am having suicidal thoughts or making plans to harm myself, I know that I can call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1.800.273.TALK (8255) for free 24 hour hotline support.

I understand that payments for services are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified.

CANCELLATION POLICY: At least 12 hours notice is to be provided to reschedule a session. However, Claire Veronica understands that sometimes things come up outside our control and at short notice, if this happens please let her know as soon as you can. Less time than this may incur a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the session. No-shows are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled.

As this is energy work and is dependent on Claire Veronica's own wellbeing, Claire reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at short notice if necessary. In the unlikely event that it does happen, all efforts will be made to reschedule your appointment, at a mutually convenient time, as soon as possible.
